The staff here are very loyal and the apartment's nice balcony and reasonable prices were all a plus, and it’s an easy walk to Coloquinte.

Bedroom was clean and comfortable.

For most of the holiday we were excluded from the restaurant (for dinner and breakfast) because Toulouse fc had exclusive use. Service of breakfast in the bedroom was inadequate, due to lack of facility (only one chair; some days only one knife) and food (items missing). Reception staff were unhelpful and gave conflicting information; we thought we had made arrangements over eg breakfast, only to find they were not made or ignored. Most didn't speak much or any English. The initial bill overcharged us by 50%. We were charged for things we didn't have and were charged a good deal more for the rooms than what was advertised on the website. Negotiation reduced the overcharging considerably, but took an hour when we were about to leave to catch a ferry.

We would definitely go back because its located really close to Lac de Badech. This place has met required needs. We appreciated this apartment and do recommend it❤

We easily walked to Le Fairway from our apartment and had a great experience.

Ignored by male receptionist for 15 minutes when first arrived as he was on phone call. Restaurant not open every day.

Clean and spacious. Very close to the centre but still quiet. Reasonably priced food and drinks.

The breakfast was not as good as it could have been. The cooked food had been standing for a long time and some elements were missing and not replaced. The coffee, hot water/milk were all just warm. This was at 0915 for a breakfast that finishes at 1000. Therefore, not good value for money at 10 euros.

Inconsistant staff and food presentation,first night evening meal very good with excellent service,2nd night very poor,then third night good again.Breakfast very poor for the money as the week progress the choice and service got worse,the girl on the last 2 mornings was more bothered about talking to the receptionist than looking after guest having breakfast.Selection was very poor on the last two days.

Have no refrigerator and computer with internet for the customers
